Data controller

The data controller is Matteo Sartorio, sole trader (ditta individuale) based in Italy, P.IVA 13490760967. You can reach the controller at any time at matteo.sartorio@fiscalino.eu.

Data we collect

When you order, you fill in a form hosted by Tally. We collect the data needed to request your codice fiscale: full name, date and place of birth, citizenship, current address abroad, the reason you need the code, your email address, and a copy of your passport or EU ID card.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe processes your card details directly; we never see or store your full card number. We receive from Stripe only your name, email and the payment confirmation.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, we also process your phone number and the content of the conversation.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to prepare and file your codice fiscale request at the Agenzia delle Entrate, to communicate with you about your order, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. The legal basis is the performance of the contract you enter into when ordering (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your passport copy is used exclusively to prepare and file your request.

Who processes your data

We use Tally (form hosting, EU-based), Stripe (payments) and WhatsApp (optional customer chat) as processors. A trusted person in Italy files your request at the tax office on your behalf and receives only the data strictly needed for the filing.

Retention

Your passport copy and application documents are deleted once your case is closed and the certificate has been delivered. Order, invoicing and payment records are kept for the period required by Italian tax law (up to 10 years). WhatsApp conversations are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these rights, write to matteo.sartorio@fiscalino.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
