Who we are

Fiscalino is operated by Matteo Sartorio, sole trader (ditta individuale) based in Italy, P.IVA 13490760967. Contact: matteo.sartorio@fiscalino.eu.

Fiscalino is a private assistance service and is not affiliated with the Agenzia delle Entrate or any other public authority. The codice fiscale itself is issued free of charge by the Italian tax office and consulates; you pay for our assistance in preparing and filing the request.

Service description

We prepare your codice fiscale application, send you the request and delegation form to sign, file it at the Agenzia delle Entrate through a trusted person in Italy, and email you the official certificate (PDF).

The service starts once you have completed the order form, paid, and returned the signed delegation form with a valid passport or EU ID copy.

Prices and payment

The Standard package costs €89, one-time. No VAT is applied. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the moment of the order.

Delivery times

We deliver your official certificate by email within 10 working days from the moment we have everything we need: completed form, payment, signed delegation and a valid ID copy. Delays by the tax office are outside our control, but we will keep you updated.

Refund policy

Full refund, guaranteed: if we are unable to obtain your codice fiscale, we refund 100% of what you paid, no questions asked.

If you change your mind before we file your request, you can cancel for a full refund by writing to matteo.sartorio@fiscalino.eu. Once the request has been filed at the tax office, the service is considered performed and refunds are no longer possible, except where we fail to obtain the code as described above.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the order, usually within 5–10 business days.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and a valid ID. If the tax office rejects a request because of incorrect data you provided, we will help you fix it at no extra cost, but the refund guarantee does not apply to errors originating from the information you gave us.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for delays or decisions of the Agenzia delle Entrate or other public authorities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers resident in the EU, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence also apply. The court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction.
